Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible Personal/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks to assist the CEO. This position involves administrative tasks such as providing marketing support to the manager, daily office needs, creating files, processing orders, creating invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed. Must attend all company vending events and assist with set up and break down of vendor booth. Must be available to work some weekends. Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the manager with daily/personal task
  • Data Entry
  • Research
  • Create and post on Social Media
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Set Up and Break down Vending booth
  • Maintain files and logs
  • Process incoming orders
  • Travel

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Some knowledge of marketing programs (Klaviyo, Google Analytics, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree
