How do custom patches work?
Upload your design in PDF, PNG, SVG, or JPEG format. Our team will review your file and get back to you with a quote.
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 10–15 business days.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality embroidery threads to create durable, long-lasting patches.
How do I apply my patch?
Iron-On Instructions
Set your iron to its highest heat setting with steam turned off.
Position the patch where you want it and cover it with a heat-resistant cloth.
Press the iron firmly over the patch for 35–45 seconds.
Turn the garment inside out and repeat the process.
Allow the patch to cool completely before handling or adjusting it.

Heat Press Instructions
Set your heat press to 350°F.
Position the patch on the garment and cover it with a heat-resistant cloth.
Press for 30 seconds.
Turn the garment inside out and press for an additional 10 seconds.
Allow the patch to cool completely before handling or adjusting it.
Note: Heat settings and application times may vary depending on the garment fabric and patch materials. Test on a suitable area first and follow the garment's care instructions.
